Gave up after a few months as they were unable to guarantee a weekly clean. When the crew did come the service was good and the house cleaned to a high standard, but multiple missed cleans and chasing it is the reliability that is the issue. The idea is that the cleaning service means I don't have to commit time to cleaning, in the case I do have to commit time when they didn't turn up, plus the hassle and chasing as to why they didn't turn up. Simply I wasn't a high priority customer so they we happy to let me down and not others. Given the price of the service this is completely unacceptable and not worth the hassle.

Tried to arrange to come to see the job on a few occasions and they never turned up.

Unreliable, kept sending different people when asked for the same person each time, quite expensive for the service provided

We had made an appointment 2 weeks ago for someone from the firm to come round to us, but no one came nor did they have the courtesy to ring to let us know that they were unable to come!! Therefore, we are unable to give a rating!!!We are still waiting and still without a cleaner!!
